Michel, a former hedge fund executive specialized in global emerging markets, holds an Economics degree from the University of London. His distinguished career includes pivotal roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, co-management of a hedge fund at Cheyne Capital, and the founding of a family investment firm with a focus on blockchain ventures.
James NewberyHead of Research & Data
James brings nearly three decades of expertise in portfolio management across investment strategies and risk management frameworks. He holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Banking, Insurance, and Finance from Bangor University and is a member of the CFA Institute. He has held roles at renowned institutions including Salomon Brothers, Citigroup, Western Asset Management, and Legal & General as well as innovative start-ups.

Jerami is a visionary technologist and builder with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of technology, finance, and innovation. A self-taught polymath, he has led large-scale engineering initiatives at Dell, Staples, and John Hancock before turning his focus to frontier technologies. Laurin is a serial entrepreneur and postgraduate economist with extensive experience in blockchain technology, as well as machine learning/ artificial intelligence. He has held executive positions at several blockchain companies, including the world's first crypto-precious metals exchange and Illuvium, one of the most renowned GameFi titles. Additionally, Laurin co-founded a DeFi protocol called The Standard.
